About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee technology projects within the Treasurer's office, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business requirements. This role involves managing project timelines, acting as a liaison between IT and end users, and utilizing Agile methodologies to enhance software applications and implement IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation or enhancement of software applications and the implementation of off-the-shelf software.
• Capture business requirements and maintain project timelines.
• Act as a liaison between IT and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects conform to industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate core program in computer science or a related field.
• 12 months of experience in Information Technology.
• 12 months of experience in project management.
• Alternatively, 3 years of experience in Information Technology and 12 months of experience in project management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and teamwork capabilities.
