Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Work with staff to identify project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff.
• Manage project resource allocations.
• Plan and schedule in alignment with project timelines.
• Track project deliverables and provide direction and support to the project team.
• Serve as the primary contact on projects, providing project status to all stakeholders and acting as a point of escalation for potential roadblocks.

Requirements

• Any combination of post secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related IT experience to equal 4 years.
• Experience in project management with knowledge of project management techniques and tools, including Agile.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience in people management, risk management, and change management.
• Technically competent in the use of project management software (including MS Project).
• Knowledge and understanding of escalation, configuration, change & release processes.
