About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee approximately 20-25 small-to-medium sized projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet customer deadlines, requiring a high sense of urgency and exceptional attention to detail. The position is a six-month contract with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 20-25 small-to-medium sized IT projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Purchasing, and Tier 1-2 support.
• Ensure projects meet customer deadlines and requirements.
• Interface with customers across various sizes and industries.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience, specifically in Infrastructure.
• 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
• Experience managing a large volume of small-medium sized projects (20-30) simultaneously.
• Client/customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• COMPTIA Certifications (A+, Sec+, Network+, or others).
