This is a remote role that may only be hired in Oklahoma. The position is responsible for the advanced execution and administration of projects aimed at enhancing the Bank's technological capabilities. The individual will manage all aspects of the assigned project life cycle, which includes planning, scope definition, design, and delivery. The role requires leading both technical and non-technical aspects of projects, with a strong understanding of various project management approaches. The successful candidate will track and report progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, and other performance indicators, ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, the individual will coordinate activities of IT teams with other lines of business to achieve project goals. There may be occasions where the candidate will guide less experienced project managers within the work group, providing mentorship and support as needed. The responsibilities also include project planning, where the individual will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of projects, maximizing available resources while minimizing risk. Ensuring high-quality results is paramount, which will be achieved by employing best practices, engaging appropriate expertise, and making informed administrative decisions. Project management is a critical aspect of this role, as the individual will coordinate a team of associates throughout the project life cycle. Clear communication of project goals and expectations is essential, as is the ability to resolve issues, direct work activities, and keep the team on track with the project schedule. A strong knowledge of project management approaches, applications, and technical processes related to project goals is required. Collaboration is also key, as the individual will work in conjunction with various individuals, business units, and outside parties, assisting in negotiations with external consultants or technology vendors. Facilitating communication across functions to enhance process flow is a vital part of the role. Finally, the individual will implement methods of tracking progress and performance, conveying results of tracking to appropriate parties through reports or other documentation. They may also review task statuses, applications, or technical processes to determine relevant metrics, ensuring that all aspects of the project are monitored and reported accurately.
