The IT Project Manager II at Truist Bank is responsible for overseeing multiple high-priority projects and business unit programs that require considerable resources and high levels of integration. Key responsibilities include providing leadership in managing multiple large-scale high-risk projects, facilitating project charters, defining project objectives, managing financials, scope, metrics, quality, schedule, resourcing, vendor management, and risk management. The Project Manager will ensure smooth project progression by effectively managing project plans, phase gate reviews, change requests, and stakeholder status reporting. They will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, developing quality business relationships, and proactively developing innovative approaches and risk mitigation strategies. The role spans across the corporation, impacting multiple lines of business with a budget impact ranging from $10 million to $100 million and timelines that can extend from one to five years.
