About the position

As an IT Project Manager II at ManTech International, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various projects that are integral to our national security efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, directing, and coordinating all activities related to assigned delivery order projects. This includes ensuring that quality products and services are delivered while demonstrating competent writing and oral communication skills. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to the success of the projects you oversee, contributing to the overall mission of ManTech to protect our national security. To succeed in this position, you must be able to remain stationary for a significant portion of your workday, as well as move about the office to communicate with colleagues and clients. Your ability to deliver presentations and engage with stakeholders will be essential to your success as an IT Project Manager II.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the work of others in project management tasks.
  • Manage the overall execution of specific task orders, ensuring timely implementation of technical and financial solutions.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.
  • Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills to ensure quality products and services are delivered.

Requirements

  • 4 years of position-specific experience in IT project management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance prior to starting this position.
