About the position

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the delivery of Customer Support services in accordance with contracted support agreements. The role involves overseeing the Customer Network Support Engineers team and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Secure customer contract fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
