The IT Project Manager III at the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) plays a crucial role in supporting information technology programs and projects throughout their entire lifecycle. The IT Project Manager III also leads the Project Management team, updating and maintaining project plans and schedules with an emphasis on project integration. Under the general supervision of the Business Relationship Manager, the IT Project Manager III exercises supervision over assigned vendor resources and IT project teams as needed. This position requires a proactive approach to developing project scope, budget, and schedules, as well as monitoring project performance and compliance with established standards and procedures. The IT Project Manager III is expected to communicate effectively with IT management and project teams, providing updates and feedback on project status and performance.
