About the position

The IT Project Manager Intern at LabCorp provides an opportunity for students to gain real-world experience in managing IT projects within a team environment. Interns will work on various assignments that enhance their education in STEM and Healthcare disciplines, showcasing their achievements to supervisors and senior management. This role involves assisting in project execution and gaining insights into resource management and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Aid in leading IT projects from planning through implementation
• Assist in project execution, performance, and delivery throughout the project management life cycle
• Gain an understanding of resources and the resource allocations required to execute a project plan
• Create, maintain, and manage project plans through the work breakdown structure of each deliverable by phase, activity, and task
• Opportunity to work with the Informatics and Architecture fields or the Infrastructure and Security fields of IT
