Staying current on industry trends and best practices in IT project management and systems analysis will be vital to your success in this role. You will be supervising project managers and systems analysts, so a strong foundational knowledge of application development, IT infrastructure, and project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean will be beneficial. Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project managers and systems analysts in their IT projects.
• Maintain collaboration and transparency within the team.

• Shape and implement the project portfolio strategy.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT project management and systems analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
• Five years of experience managing projects.
• Two years of related management experience.
• Strong foundational knowledge of application development and IT infrastructure.
• At least 4 years of IT project management experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Professional certifications like PMP are a big plus.
