About the position

The IT Project Manager IV at The Standard is responsible for overseeing multiple strategic projects, ensuring effective project management through scope control, planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and budgeting. This role emphasizes risk management, communication, and status reporting to achieve on-time project delivery. The position requires collaboration with the Change Management Organization to address impacts on people, processes, and technology, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions and transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple strategic projects simultaneously, managing project scope, planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and budgeting.
• Track risks, issues, and change impacts, ensuring proper analysis and mitigation.
• Communicate project needs effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage project-related communication, status reports, and deliverables to management and stakeholders.
• Implement regular tracking of progress towards strategic goals and ensure business benefits are realized.
• Identify and implement process improvements focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and customer service.
• Lead transformative projects to drive organizational growth and operational efficiency.
• Align cross-functional teams and optimize resources to accelerate project timelines.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project management.
• High School diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
