About the position

The Mid-Level IT Project Manager at Vidoori is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered on time. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and client interactions, contributing to the delivery of innovative technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and communication strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues promptly to prevent project delays.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Organise and lead meetings to review project status with internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
