In this role, the Workforce Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for resource and workforce planning. This includes overseeing requisition approvals, attrition tracking, Emotional Intelligence tracking, and workforce metrics. The individual will serve as a primary point of contact for managers and business services leads, representing the department to central process teams. The position requires a strategic mindset to consult on complex initiatives that have a broad impact, necessitating large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. The Workforce Management Specialist will also be tasked with reviewing and analyzing complex, multi-faceted challenges within Technology Business Services Consulting. This involves evaluating various factors, including intangibles and unprecedented elements, to contribute to the resolution of intricate situations. A solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential to meet deliverables effectively. The role emphasizes strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel, ensuring that the workforce management processes align with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end process for resource/workforce planning.
  • Manage requisition approvals and attrition tracking.
  • Track Emotional Intelligence metrics and workforce hygiene.
  • Represent the department to central process teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for managers and business services leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience.
  • Technology workforce/resource management experience.
  • Process Management skills to model process flows and drive integration and improvement.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
