About the position

The IT Project Manager at Continuing Life LLC is responsible for planning, managing, and prioritizing multiple enterprise-wide IT projects. This role involves collaboration with community stakeholders, vendors, and IT team members across various sites in California to ensure project deliverables align with scope and budget. The position requires direct interaction with the Director of IT & Information Security to oversee network-related upgrades and ensure project delivery meets strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and prioritize multiple enterprise-wide IT projects.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders, vendors, and IT team members across multiple sites.
• Ensure project deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
• Work directly with the Director of IT & Information Security to manage network-related upgrades.
• Monitor performance of project delivery based on established timelines.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and monitor project budgets.
• Lead progress update meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and IT staff.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including milestones and tasks.
• Manage project workflow, track and report progress.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in Information Security.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software delivery trends.
• Experience in managing project budgets and resource plans.
• Demonstrated success in implementing multi-site hardware and software migrations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong risk mitigation strategies for IT projects.
