About the position
The IT Project Manager at Rose International is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This role requires effective communication and project management skills to ensure successful project execution and user support.
Responsibilities
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity
- Manage backup, security, and user help system
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
- 0-3 years of experience in project management
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control
