About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction management principles. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as Prolog, ProCore, and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to guide project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in project management methodologies using tools like Primavera and Civil 3D.
