About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee multiple PMW Systems, ensuring the cost, schedule, and performance of complex Command and Control systems. This role involves managing the delivery of C4ISR Information Warfare systems for U.S. Navy units, leading problem-solving initiatives, and providing project status reports to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple PMW Systems for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Lead the delivery of C4ISR Information Warfare systems onboard U.S. Navy units.
• Identify solutions to problems and lead corrective actions with government and contractor personnel.
• Provide project status reports and briefings to GS15/O6 leadership.
• Engage with Business Financial Managers for project funding and provide technical recommendations to Contracting Officers.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for complex IT and Command & Control projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Risk Management and Earned Value Management System.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce positions.
• Familiarity with E-Verify employment verification process.
