About the position

This position involves facilitating the alignment of the Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office Portfolio with OPNAV goals, leading transformational initiatives to enhance tactical Information Warfare systems deliveries, and providing systems architecture and software acquisition expertise in support of cryptologic warfare systems. The role requires effective communication with multiple stakeholders and ensuring program communications meet sponsor/customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office Portfolio alignment with OPNAV goals.
• Lead/assist transformational initiatives enhancing tactical Information Warfare systems deliveries.
• Provide systems architecture and software acquisition expertise in support of cryptologic warfare systems.
• Ensure program communications meet sponsor/customer requirements, are timely, complete, and professionally presented.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including OPNAV to advocate on emergent and critical program resource staffing issues and address acquisition cost/schedule inquiries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated IT-related experience in the federal service or private/public sector.
• Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in work and attention to detail, utilizing analytical skills and evaluation techniques.
• Customer Service: Experience in managing stakeholder requirements and providing quality products and services.
• Oral Communication: Ability to express information effectively and make clear presentations.
• Problem Solving: Identifying problems and using sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives.
