About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while adhering to Agile methodologies. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Agile project management tools like Jira or Rally to track project progress and manage backlogs.
• Implement communication systems and telephone systems as part of project deliverables.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• 3 years of experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally.
• PMP or PMPACP certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Agile engineering practices such as Test Driven Development.
• Experience with telephone systems and implementing communications.
