As an IT Project Manager at NTT DATA Services, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end delivery and execution of cybersecurity projects and critical work efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the problem statements presented and collaborate with Cyber Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to frame effective solutions. You will be tasked with aligning issues and remediation plans, creating project charters, and building comprehensive project plans that drive the overall solution. Your role will also involve providing regular status updates, including go-to-green plans when necessary, and preparing executive-level reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. In this position, you will proactively identify risks and issues, documenting remediation plans to ensure that projects stay on track. Adherence to the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and required governance routines will be essential to your success. You will leverage your project management skills and experience, particularly in the cybersecurity or IT industry, to lead organizational transitions effectively. Your ability to apply various project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, will be critical in driving cybersecurity initiatives forward. Your technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies and solutions will be vital, with specific areas of focus including data protection, data loss prevention, identity and access management (IAM), vulnerability management, and more. You will also be expected to have experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies, which will aid in your ability to manage project dependencies and risks effectively. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills will be necessary to articulate project goals and foster collaboration across various teams. Additionally, a broad understanding of information and cyber security frameworks, along with familiarity with regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry, will enhance your ability to think strategically about integrating cybersecurity measures into business processes and technologies.
