About the position

The IT Project Manager/Scrum Master role at Robert Half involves managing a large-scale Customer Data Platform and Personalization program within the automotive industry. This position is part of an ongoing SAFe Agile Transformation and requires a strong background in project management and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project management processes for the IT community.
• Direct and monitor daily work efforts.
• Manage cross-functional projects of high complexity.
• Assemble and track project plans, adjusting resources when necessary.
• Coordinate impactful communication with all relevant areas of the enterprise.
• Lead large-scale IT projects involving multiple technologies.
• Operate as a senior PM within the Data Platform Services department.
• Manage project milestones and adjust plans when necessary.
• Coordinate communication that impacts the project scope, budget, risks, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or success in a recognized project management curriculum.
• 7-10 years of IT work experience with at least 5 years in managing projects.
• Strong command over Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Software package implementation projects, including SaaS framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with consumer-facing websites/services involving complex data.
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence tools.
