About the position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead a large-scale Customer Data Platform and Personalization program within the automotive industry. This role is crucial for our ongoing SAFe Agile Transformation and involves managing complex IT projects while ensuring effective communication and project management processes are established and followed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project management processes for our IT community.
• Direct and monitor daily work efforts.
• Manage cross-functional projects of high complexity.
• Assemble and track project plans, adjusting resources when necessary.
• Coordinate impactful communication with all relevant areas of the enterprise.
• Lead large-scale IT projects involving multiple technologies.
• Operate as a senior PM within our Data Platform Services department.
• Manage project milestones and adjust plans when necessary.
• Coordinate communication that impacts the project scope, budget, risks, and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Project Management certification or success in a recognized project management curriculum.
• 7-10 years of IT work experience with at least 5 years in managing projects.
• Strong command over Agile/SCRUM/SAFE delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Software package implementation projects, including SaaS framework.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with consumer-facing websites/services involving complex data.
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence tools.
