About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing project delivery and financial/budgeting activities for their teams. This role involves ensuring the success of projects within specified timelines and budgets, managing communication with stakeholders, and overseeing vendor relationships. The Project Manager also monitors budgets, tracks spending, and conducts variance analysis to support financial management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute effective communication with Project Stakeholders.
• Lead the project planning effort, including defining project scope, deliverables, and delivery dates.
• Create a logical work breakdown structure and define major project milestones.
• Apply organizational goals and success criteria to project work.
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Monitor, track, and adjust project plans based on critical milestones.
• Assist in the development and execution of change management processes within the Technology organization.
• Determine and align dependencies with stakeholders, proactively managing risks and issues.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with planning and execution of projects and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing technical projects.
