About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects from initiation to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while also supporting the IT Project Management community in enhancing their skills and processes.

Responsibilities

• Train IT Project and Program Managers on the use of standard tools and processes in support of managing IT projects.
• Partner with the IT Project Management Office and Talent Development Office on process and skill-building initiatives for IT Project and Program Managers.
• Support the IT PM community, driving continuous improvement with experienced Project and Program Managers.
• Advise, coach, and facilitate discussions with IT project leads and leaders on Project Management best practices, approaches, and resources.
• Provide regular updates to management on Project Management capabilities, tracking project management delivery against objectives.

Requirements

• IT project management experience strongly desired.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Scrum methodology preferred.
