Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor management processes including invoice payments and status tracking.
• Capture and report key project metrics for executive-level reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop resource and budget forecasts.
• Facilitate organizational metrics and quarterly business reviews.
• Handle ad-hoc requests for executive meetings and corporate communications.
• Ensure compliance with operational risk management and mandatory training requirements.
• Act as a liaison between corporate governance teams and project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Strong resource management and forecasting skills.
• Proficient in vendor management and procurement processes.
• Experience in metrics and reporting for project management.
• Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate skills in SharePoint for managing workflows and data repositories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
