About the position

The IT Project Manager V at BC Forward is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance of payment-tagged applications within the Enterprise Payments Technology team. This role involves collaboration with various technology teams to address audit issues, manage governance processes, and present updates on risk and audit statuses. The position is a contract role based in Charlotte, NC, with a focus on driving results and maintaining high standards in application governance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all Payments applications comply with required deliverables based on Payments standards.
• Assisting with the creation of an annual review process for all RPSWT applications related to Payments.
• Collaborating with Technology teams on control gap solutions and ensuring proper documentation for audits.
• Resolving action plans for active audit issues related to RPSWT Payments Governance.
• Presenting updates on risk and audit issue statuses at various Risk forums.

Requirements

• Experience with Audit, Issue Management, and/or Application Governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and meeting/workgroup facilitation skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving results.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Payments space.
• Prior experience with Bank of America.
