About the position

The IT Project Manager V role at Innova Solutions involves managing complex projects within the Enterprise Payments Technology (EPT) team. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end technology implementations, upgrades, and recovery processes for various financial platforms and services. The candidate will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery and manage release activities, making it essential to have strong project management and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Merchant Services suite of projects.
• Perform project management responsibilities for IT implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery.
• Oversee release activities and ensure all required deliverables are met for acceptance and entry into the release.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery Lead and Analysts for alignment of MSPIs assigned to a release.
• Assist AIT application owners with release CRQ submissions and track progress.
• Request and confirm funding commitments for releases.
• Coordinate and oversee release weekend activities, including control room operations and defect monitoring.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of applicable experience in project management.
• Strong financial management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all organizational levels.
• Experience delivering large projects with significant impact across multiple lines of business.
• Executive reporting and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both strategic and tactical levels.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services space.
• Familiarity with various project management tools.
• Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously.
