About the position

The IT Project Manager V role at BCforward is focused on supporting the development, improvement, and execution of processes for the Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) Restoral Services team. This position is responsible for achieving productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements while working closely with business executives. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage cross-functional requirements, and effective documentation of workflows and interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and execution of processes for the CTI Restoral Services team.
• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
• Communicate and navigate across the team, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify and report risks and issues to leadership.
• Create and manage effective documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables.
• Manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions across a matrix project team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with the Bank's Enterprise Change Standards
• Strong MS Office experience
• Experience in JIRA/Confluence is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Working knowledge of Business Continuity / Resiliency principles
• Experience as a Technical Analyst/Business Analyst with risk/control oversight.
