About the position

The IT Project Manager V role at BCforward is focused on supporting the development, improvement, and execution of processes for the Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) Restoral Services team. The position emphasizes achieving long-term strategic goals, enhancing productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements while collaborating with business executives and managing cross-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and execution of processes for the CTI Restoral Services team.
• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
• Communicate results and support needs to managers, peers, and business executives.
• Manage requirements across multiple lines of business with cross-functional implications.
• Create and manage documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies.
• Plan and coordinate project deliverables effectively.
• Communicate and navigate across teams and with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify and report risks and issues to leadership.
• Provide transparency through management of interdependencies, issues, and risks.
• Simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with the Bank's Enterprise Change Standards.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions.
• Experience in Risk/Control oversight roles (1st or 2nd line of defense).
• Strong MS Office experience.
• Ability to work independently and self-serve in problem-solving.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity/Resiliency principles.
