About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage resource allocations and forecasts in collaboration with functional and development managers.
• Oversee vendor management processes including invoice payments and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and metrics for executive-level meetings and corporate communications.
• Capture key project metrics for executive reporting and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate operational risk management and compliance activities with the corporate governance team.
• Assist project managers in developing their forecasts for resources and budgets.
• Interact daily with all levels of the organization to review resource changes and reporting metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in resource management and forecasting.
• Strong vendor management and procurement skills.
• Ability to create and manage metrics and reporting effectively.
• Intermediate to expert skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint for managing workflows and data repositories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a focus on delivery and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
