Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with program goals and milestones.
• Partner effectively with technical and product counterparts to drive cohesive efforts.
• Guide teams in translating program goals and milestones into actionable agile execution plans.
• Collaborate with external vendors to foster strong relationships and manage product and technical dependencies.
• Utilize JIRA expertise to build insightful reports, track progress, identify trends, and address challenges proactively.
• Manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with project timelines and vendor dependencies.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Influence and motivate teams without formal authority, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in interfacing and coordinating with multiple vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in project tracking across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise project updates, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and lead successful teams.
• JIRA expertise with a focus on reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps and vendor dependencies.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong influencing and motivational skills.
