About the position
The IT/OT Project Manager will lead high-impact projects that integrate operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) within the organization. This role is crucial for executing strategic initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while collaborating with various stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Help define project scope and prevent scope creep.
- Define milestones and deliverables in alignment with business goals and strategy.
- Partner with IT, OT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, resources, and execution strategies.
- Use Jira, Smartsheets, and Planview Pro to manage project timelines, track deliverables, assign resources, and monitor risks.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports, meetings, and presentations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure project components are delivered as agreed.
- Manage project budgets and ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated, complete, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT and/or OT environments.
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheets, and Planview Pro for project management and tracking.
- Understanding of IT/OT convergence, industrial automation, and enterprise IT systems.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive for collaboration/doc management).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with global team experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are nice to have.
