About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and controlling all project directives related to the contract. This role is crucial in ensuring that all specified requirements are met in a timely manner. The Project Manager collaborates with senior management to establish program priorities and is accountable for all personnel associated with the contract. This position operates the program in accordance with established policies and procedures while adhering to budgetary constraints. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of support services across various domains, including User Support Help Desk, Data Center management, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, and Project management. The role requires a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to the company's mission and values. As a federal contractor, the company maintains a drug-free workplace and complies with the Federal Controlled Substance Act. Additionally, the Project Manager may be required to obtain and retain a government background investigation that aligns with the position's requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
