About the position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the application development and support across all phases of the systems development life cycle, particularly for CICS/DB2/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems. This role involves working closely with business customers to document requirements and deliver analysis and design outputs. The Project Manager will utilize various tracking mechanisms to ensure project management efficiency and will be involved in testing phases including Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements and deliverables in collaboration with business customers.
• Utilize project management tools such as Changeman, CNTL-M, and Tivoli for tracking project progress.
• Complete Unit/Development Testing and Systems Testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
• Oversee application development and support throughout the systems development life cycle.

Requirements

• Experience working with business customers to document requirements and deliverables.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like Changeman, CNTL-M, and Tivoli.
• Experience in completing Unit/Development Testing and Systems Testing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with CICS/DB2/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems.
