About the position

The IT Project Manager at Munters is responsible for coordinating technology-centric projects that align with business objectives. This role involves managing project scope, schedules, and budgets while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The position requires a solid understanding of IT concepts and project management methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors in project execution.
  • Perform project discovery as necessary.
  • Develop project scope, cost estimates, human resource requirements, work plans, time schedules, communication plans, and work assignments.
  • Facilitate project meetings.
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate impediments as needed.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

  • BS in computer science, engineering, or a technical degree with relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience with 3-5 years as a project administrator or manager focusing on IT projects.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of IT concepts including IT administration, networking, SDLC, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent client-facing and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing through ambiguity.
  • PMP / PRINCE II/Agile certifications are a plus.
