About the position

The IT Project Manager will lead a large healthcare client's team, facilitating the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products. This role involves managing large-scale, complex, and cross-functional programs that span multiple organizations, requiring strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, flexibility, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large scale, complex, and cross-functional programs.
• Facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success.
• Utilize Agile methodology and reporting tools such as Jira and Jira Align.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology and/or healthcare business.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working on a Contact Center Technology project.
• CC Tech experience on the Application side (IVR, ICM, CVP, Call Control, Desktop).
• Experience migrating from Genesys to Cisco.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent experience.
