About the position

ActioNet is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) project. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the EDW project on time, within scope, and within budget, while leveraging extensive experience in project management and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including data architects, developers, analysts, and QA specialists.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and status reports.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing IT projects, specifically in data warehousing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, ETL processes, and data warehousing technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with EDW tools and platforms (e.g., Oracle DBA/Admin Support, SAP Data Services Admin support, SAP Business Objects Admin Support, General UNIX Admin Support, Angular Java Support).
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps).
