The IT Project Manager will be responsible for executing project plans and activities in accordance with project management best practices, ensuring the quality and integrity of information throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role requires interaction with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership and executives, to accomplish project goals and improve business processes. The Project Manager will guide and facilitate stakeholders in establishing detailed requirements for complex projects, defining and documenting project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with key technical resources. The aim is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the promised results. The Project Manager will create, manage, and maintain the project schedule from initial creation through the entire project lifecycle. They will independently manage assigned projects to ensure that outcomes align with customer expectations. Leading project team status meetings is essential to ensure that project milestones are met and dependencies are tracked. The Project Manager will monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting project health, risks, and issues. They will also manage project risks and issues, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks while providing solutions to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle project scope changes, ensuring that all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved by stakeholders. They will manage project change control affecting constraints such as time, cost, scope, resources, quality, and risk. It is crucial to ensure that IT systems and workflows are well-documented for future reference. The Project Manager will participate in QA and UAT planning and execution, create and maintain all forms of project documentation and records, and perform post-implementation reviews to ensure that goals were met and to identify lessons learned.
