The IT Project Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating projects within the Information Technology department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams, leadership, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring that project goals, scope, and product features are clearly understood, managing the Product Backlog effectively, and promoting agility while removing any impediments to progress. The IT Project Manager will also be responsible for keeping internal and external project teams motivated and productive throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires organizing and steering project-specific meetings, maintaining project documentation, and leading retrospectives to capture lessons learned. The IT Project Manager will develop a comprehensive understanding of each business department's role and work closely with management teams to identify needs where IT can make a significant impact. Additionally, the role involves preparing project timelines, defining baselines, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while providing regular status reports.
