About the position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex projects across multiple departments and business units. This role involves leading and directing resources, managing project scope, timeline, and budget, and ensuring successful integration of various work streams to deliver intended project solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation
• Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management
• Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
• Acts as a Program Manager if required on an interim basis
• Ability to represent / communicate to senior project stakeholders where required

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Waterfall project management methodology
