About the position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The role involves utilizing PMBOK methodologies, coordinating with stakeholders, leading project teams, and managing projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Utilize PMBOK methodologies to manage projects effectively
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Lead project teams in the execution of tasks according to the project plan
• Employ Enterprise software tools for project management and collaboration
• Conduct negotiations with vendors and contractors as needed
• Implement Kanban or other agile methodologies for project execution
• Manage projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ensure adherence to IT governance policies and procedures
• Utilize VersionOne or similar tools for Agile project management
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders
• Create visual representations of project workflows using Visio or similar tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management
• Familiarity with PMBOK principles and practices
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks
• Proficiency in using Enterprise software for project management
• Knowledge of Kanban and Agile methodologies
• Experience in overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ability to gather and document project requirements effectively
