About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Project Manager for a 12+ month contract position in the financial industry, located in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on supporting the Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) Restoral Services team by improving processes and ensuring integration with best practices. The IT Project Manager will work closely with business executives and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support development, improvement, and execution of processes for the CTI Restoral Services team.
• Focus on long-term strategic goals for process integration and best practices.
• Achieve productivity, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.
• Create and manage effective documentation to articulate workflows and interdependencies.
• Communicate and navigate across the team, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide transparency through identification and management of interdependencies, issues, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results to managers, peers, and executives.
• Ability to manage requirements across multiple lines of business with cross-functional implications.
• Ability to plan and coordinate project deliverables.
• Ability to identify and report risks and issues to leadership.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle time-sensitive issues.
• Ability to work independently with knowledge of Business Continuity/Resiliency principles.
• Strong MS Office experience.
• Experience as a Technical Analyst/Business Analyst with risk/control oversight.
• Experience with the client's Enterprise Change Standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions.
