About the position

The IT Project Manager at Robert Half will play a pivotal role in leading a team of business analysts and developers to ensure the successful implementation of various projects. This position requires a proactive approach to managing cross-functional teams, where the Project Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering effective business solutions tailored to meet the needs of the organization. The role involves overseeing the identification of business requirements and directing the full scope of processes to ensure that all project objectives are met efficiently. In this capacity, the Project Manager will execute and maintain multiple projects through the Full Project Life Cycle, ensuring that all projects remain on schedule and within budget. The individual will interface with business owners to maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle and will also work closely with both internal and external vendors to facilitate project success. A key aspect of this role is the ability to identify lean processes that can improve current systems and processes, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency. The IT Project Manager will be expected to manage multiple large cross-organizational projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. This position is critical in ensuring that the growing subsidiary businesses' evolving demands are met with agility and precision, making it essential for the Project Manager to possess strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing multiple large cross organizational projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience managing IT or Business partners
  • Previous experience managing outside resources and vendors
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus!
  • Experience in agile development methodologies at scale, specifically Scrum a plus!
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Must be able to multitask and adapt to continuously evolving demands of the growing subsidiary businesses and their needs
  • Possess strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
