About the position

The IT Project Manager at Pro2Serve will oversee multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, and resource utilization. This role is crucial as the organization transitions towards more cloud services and shared services, aligning with the OnePPPO vision. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing project schedules, defining project scopes, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and project timelines
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Cost estimating and help developing the budget
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and professional services
• Provide leadership and direction to employees
• Act as liaison between management and employees
• Implement and manage good project management practices
• Support the IT Manager with development of strategic plans and creation of technology roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Five years of experience in IT project management or ten years of relevant experience
• Experience in supporting IT infrastructure and operations activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Experience leading a team of subject matter experts
