About the position

The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring alignment with customer strategies and organizational goals. This role requires managing project resources, analyzing project scope, and fostering communication among stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion. The position involves supporting multiple projects simultaneously and conducting performance reviews to promote continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans based on customer strategy
• Manage project team resources and materials
• Analyze and define Scope for deliveries
• Support multiple simultaneous projects
• Define activities, sequence of events, dependencies, and duration of tasks to drive projects to completion
• Analyze, review, maintain, and forecast project spending
• Foster communication between all fields
• Enable problem resolution and deliver key insight to finalize decisions
• Serve as liaison between Project Teams and customer
• Continually and consistently report project status
• Coordinate post project review with internal / external shareholders maintaining focus on continuous improvement
• Conduct post project and employee performance reviews
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or IT OR equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of related experience with proven proficiency leading Project Teams
• Familiarity with PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Expertise in MS Office products such as MSWord, Excel and MS Project
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
