About the position

viLogics is seeking an entry-level IT Project Manager to oversee the coordination, execution, and completion of security IT projects. The role involves supporting client services and ensuring that tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management while maintaining project documentation and tracking budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, executing, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals and progress alignment.
• Ensure project timelines are adhered to, monitor progress, and update schedules when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
• Identify potential risks or issues affecting project success and work with teams to mitigate them.
• Coordinate with team members and departments to allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure the project remains on track financially.

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies can be beneficial).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with stakeholders at different levels.
• Familiarity with ZTNA, security IT products, cloud services, and infrastructure management.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and assist in finding practical solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Autotask, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira.
