About the position

The IT Project Manager at Bryan Health is responsible for leading cross-functional project teams to implement IT infrastructure and application initiatives. This role involves developing project plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of software systems and process changes throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement IT infrastructure and application initiatives.
• Develop project plans including scope, goals, objectives, requirements, and limitations.
• Maintain working relationships with customers during software systems delivery.
• Provide leadership for the timely delivery of medium and small projects.
• Create and manage project schedules to ensure overall project success.
• Adhere to internal Project Management best practices and PMP methodology.
• Identify project scope, goals, objectives, requirements, and limitations.
• Collaborate with Senior IT Project Managers on assigned projects.
• Incorporate diverse ideas and perspectives of team members to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement quality improvement planning related to IT projects.
• Plan, execute, and manage tasks, phases, and deliverables of assigned projects.
• Participate in continuing education and seek ongoing development opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science, business, or a relevant area of study required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification in Project Management preferred.
• Minimum of five to seven years leading small to moderate projects using established project management methodologies required.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
