About the position

The IT Project Manager at Innova Solutions is responsible for overseeing IT projects, particularly those involving cloud-based and on-prem solutions. This role requires extensive experience in project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors. The IT Project Manager will facilitate design sessions, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective project delivery while communicating project status to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design sessions with internal IT and business resources.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure understanding of project requirements.
• Develop presentations to summarize project status and issues for executive leadership.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans and product comparisons.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-prem IT projects.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings effectively.
• Strong documentation skills, including project plans and vendor information.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Solutions delivery and vendor management.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
