The IT Project Manager IV position at BCforward is a critical role within the Business Finance Operations (BFO) technology team, which is part of the Global Finance Technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering financial management accounting and desktop robotics application development projects. This role requires a strong focus on project execution and delivery, ensuring that all tasks align with stakeholder expectations and requirements. The IT Project Manager will work closely with senior delivery leads, feature leads, and technical management to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Key responsibilities include managing project dependencies, risks, and impediments, as well as preparing and updating project artifacts. The IT Project Manager will also be tasked with delivering status updates to stakeholders, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and within scope. The position is hybrid, requiring both in-office and remote work, and is expected to last for 12 months. Candidates should have a strong background in agile project management, particularly in the financial technology sector, and must possess skills in Oracle SQL and PLSQL. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is also required. This role is essential for supporting the Chief Financial Officer Group line of business and will contribute significantly to the overall success of the technology team.
