About the position

The IT Project Manager position at Full Spectrum Operations LLC (FSO) involves overseeing and supporting the Network Enterprise Center at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The role focuses on managing classified and unclassified communication systems, ensuring quality assurance in IT service delivery, and providing technical support across various IT functions. The IT Project Manager will work closely with government personnel to enhance service levels, document processes, and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Government's Quality Assurance program to improve IT service delivery.
  • Manage quality assurance for the task order and ensure mission success.
  • Identify trends in workmanship and processes.
  • Provide monthly reporting and documentation for processes and trends.
  • Maintain records and update databases, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs.
  • Suggest actions to improve processes and resolve defects in workmanship.
  • Report safety hazards to appropriate authorities.
  • Perform system testing for OSP and ISP cabling and report results.
  • Assist in arranging inspections and reviews with relevant authorities.
  • Assess internal documentation to improve system documentation and support communications planning.
  • Provide Service Level Management Support Services and assist in SLA development.
  • Interview customers to document IT practices and ensure service delivery meets targets.
  • Monitor and report Service Delivery to leadership and customers.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT support personnel.
  • Support after duty hour emergency maintenance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in large-scale IT service delivery.
  • Intermediate certification for the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) role IT Project Manager.
  • Intermediate proficiency with 70% of the KSAs associated with the DCWF role ID 802, Project Manager.
  • ITIL Foundation V4 certification.
  • Ability to interface with management and brief senior leadership on program status and risks.
  • In-depth understanding of C4IM in support of the Department of Defense.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting the U.S. Army or other DoD Agency.
  • Strong communication skills to interface with senior military officials and managers.
